How long will my item take to arrive?
An estimated delivery date is shown on each product page, below the 'Add to Cart' button, and when placed in your 'Cart'. Some of our products are made to order and can take longer to be dispatched so please check the estimated delivery date on each product before placing an order.
How do I cancel my order?
Had a change of mind? That's ok! If you decide that you no longer want to go ahead with your purchase, you can cancel your order. Simply let us know via email (support@nirohome.co.uk) or phone call (0330 133 0124), and if your goods have not already been dispatched, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund, it's as easy as that.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders over £100. Orders Orders under £100 will incur a £2.99 shipping fee.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping notification email. Please check the estimated delivery time of each item on your order confirmation email.
Returns & Replacements
l have changed my mind. What do I do?
We hope you love your purchase, however, we understand if you change your mind when it arrives or if the piece doesn't quite fit as you hoped!
Should you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of having received it and get a full refund. With all change of mind returns, any promotional discount used on the order will be non-refundable and the voucher will not be reactivated.
When will I receive my refund?
The delivery time frame for a return will be dependent on the courier service used, and the sending address of the return. All returns can take up to 7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received and checked refunds will be issued within 3-5 days.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
All items must be opened and checked within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise, we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit. Any damaged or faulty claims or refunds after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund and be treated as a warranty claim. In this case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return costs.
My item arrived with a missing part, what do I do?
In the instance your order arrives missing a part, please contact us via email (support@nirohome.co.uk ) with the following information and we will work to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible:
- Order number
- Item name
- A detailed description of the missing part
- Photo to show which part is missing
